I meant to update this a long time ago, chronically my failure in keeping up with this great plan that I had. I had an extremely strange summer...I'll leave it at that.
Overall I have been healthier and I have changed a lot of my poor habits. I've been a lot more active, but not nearly as active as I have been wanting to be. Now that I am thinking about this again, maybe I will start anew. What is great about "failure", at least in this case, is that I can start all over again. Hopefully this time will be different.
